We will make announcements about the next steps for each of these markets in the months to come and well before Ron’s final departure later this year.įinally, Ron will be leaving his key roles at TXM, but he remains a friend and a respected colleague. Plans are well advanced to fill the gap left by Ron in each of these areas and customers can be confident that high standards of quality and service that Ron has established in these markets will be maintained and continuously improved, consistent with our Lean values. Specifically, Ron has responsibilities for our business operations in Queensland and North America and for the Best Practice Network. While Ron will be sorely missed, we (and he) expect TXM to continue to go from strength to strength around the world. TXM is now a leading global Lean and operational excellence consultancy with operations in eight countries and a growing team of outstanding business leaders and consultants. However, we understand that all good things come to an end and that the time is right for Ron to give manufacturing leadership another go. Ron has had a huge impact over his time at TXM and made a major contribution to the success of TXM and Best Practice Network. As much as Ron has loved helping hundreds of manufacturing leaders around the world to achieve their goals, he now wants the opportunity to get hands on again and lead a Queensland manufacturing business to greater success. ![]() Dear TXM Lean Solutions and Best Practice Network SupportersĪfter 12 amazingly productive years at TXM, our Executive Director, Ron Spiteri, informed us earlier this year that he would like to take his career in another direction.
